We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Walter Waitt III in Amherst, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Waitt and Elizabeth Waitt (Griffin); and his sister Barbara Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Johanna; his daughter Patti (John); his grandsons, Matthew, Ned, Wesley, Jonathan and Michael; and his brother Gary. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Funeral Schedule Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, Walter's funeral will be for immediate family only at the Our Lady of Guadalupe chapel at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.

His sense of humor and how he viewed life so positively made him so special! So happy to have spent some quality time visiting a few years back in Amherst.
