He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoffman and Irene Hoffman (Endy); his brothers, William (Helen) and Franklin; and his son-in-law Stan Jozwiak.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Jozwiak of Amherst; his granddaughter Jen Merkich (Fred) of Columbus; and his great grandchildren, Nick and Audrey Merkich.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Foundation; 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
