He was predeceased by: his parents, Shellie George and Curley Evelyn Jones Jr. (Edwards); and his siblings, Harold, Shellie G. III and Jocelyn.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Maria of Ypsilanti; his children, Michelle Marie Jones (Carter), Gary and Corey Hall; his sister Gail Anita Jones; and his sister-in-law Loretta Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
