He was predeceased by: his brother Glenn R. Evans, Sr.; and his parents, Eugene Evans and Annabel Evans. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Evans; his children, Mark Evans (Sandy) of Wakeman, Thomas Evans, Jr. (Connie) of Vermilion, Terrence Evans (Evelyn) of Amherst and Jennifer Buckosh (Steven) of Huron; and his siblings, Gene Evans of Amherst and Darlene Shultz of Hagerstown, PA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to charity of the donor's choice.
