He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sebastian; his children, Sam Sebastian, Jr. of Lorain, Tim Sebastian (Danell) of South Amherst, Deborah Sue Carter (Clifford) of Cuyahoga Falls, Terry Lynn McGregor (Craig) of Amherst, Barb Chester (Tom) of Lorain and Marie Sparks (Michael) of Vermilion; and his siblings, Paul David Sebastian of Kentucky, Mary Ann Miller of Kentucky, Fanny Ruth Caldwell of Kentucky and Irene Campbell of Kentucky.
