She was predeceased by: her son Michael Heberling; her sister Sally Shaw; and her parents, Robert Shaw and Elizabeth Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Judge Martin Mathias Heberling of Amherst; her children, Marlene Burt of Wisconsin, Martin M. Heberling Jr. of Elyria and Douglas Heberling (Jane) of Henrietta Township; and her brother Dennis Shaw of South Carolina. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
