She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gardner and Katherine Gardner; her husband Robert C. Shank Sr.; her daughters, Beth Cullen and Brenda Havas; her grandchildren, Courtney Nichols and Brian Kindrick; and her brother Buster Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Rev Robert C. Shank Jr. (Debbie), Bonnie Hall, Becky Barris (Doug) and Barbie Sagert; and her siblings, Russell Gardner (Charlotte), Jane Hufstedler (Dick) and George "Butch" Gardner (Debbie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel (3224 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
