It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael S Schultz of Amherst, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Schultz. He is survived by: his mother Susan Schultz; and his siblings, Susan Deschine (Wilson) of St. Michaels, AZ, Ron Schultz of Elyria, Keith Goins of Amherst, Dan Goins of Carlisle Twp, Doug Schultz of Cedar Hills, UT, Nicole Cobb (Gerardo Zuniga) of Amherst and Regina Beatty (Scott) of Highland, UT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Northern Ohio Chapter of the ALS Association, 6133 Rockside Rd # 301, Independence, OH 44131.
