He is survived by: his mother Joyce Rosecrans; his wife Connie; his children, Mandy Simulcik (Shaun) of Lorain and Josh Rosecrans (Stacy) of South Amherst; his grandchildren, Frances, Dylan, Madison and Trenton; and his brothers, Daniel Rosecrans (Jeanne) of Wellington and Jason Rosecrans (Evelyn) of Findlay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
