He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Warren and Jane Irene Offineer; his wife Nita Elaine; his children, Melanie Lynn Schaffer (Adam), Andrew Warren Offineer (Lauren) and Anna Lea Leach (Brian); his grandchildren, Ava Jane, Warren Jefferson and Andrew Joseph; and his brothers, Rick (Barb) and Danny Offineer (Kay). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
