She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Fuller and Dolores Fuller. She is survived by: her husband Arnold "Arnie" Petek; her sons, Matthew Petek (Eduardo) of Columbus and Christopher Petek (Ashton) of Shaker Heights; and her siblings, Donald (Fe) of Oxnard, Donna Zallar (John) of Bedford, Jacqueline Duirk (Robert) of Trumbull County and Wendy Deuble (Robert) of Stow.
