She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Conrad and Winifred Conrad; and her nephew Matthew Martin. She is survived by: her husband William Daniels; her children, Carrie Daniels of Elyria, Amy Daniels of Elyria and Randy Daniels of Amherst; her grandchildren, DaShawn, Aniyah and Charlie; and her siblings, Jim Conrad (Cindi) of Sheffield Village, Michael Conrad (Patti) of Sheffield Village, Sandy Martin of Sheffield Village, Linda Rosso (Ron) of Sheffield Village, Kathy Conrad of Sheffield Village and Marian Slovak (Ron) of Avon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
