She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Christopher Fitch and Tina Glemza; her brothers, Leonard and Robert VanNiel; and her parents, Edwin VanNiel and Lucy Anna VanNiel.
She is survived by: her husband Martin; her children, Mark Fitch of Crestwood, KY, Michael Fitch (Debby) of Lawrenceville, GA, Pamela Fitch of Amherst, Janice Mitchell (Ronald) of Oberlin, Peggy Browning (Robert) of Greenville, SC and Catherine Fitch of Marlboro, NJ; and her siblings, Wayne VanNiel (Jackie) of Amherst, Regina Dalzell of Amherst and Marilyn Lamprecht (Herbert) of Amherst. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Hospital, Tennessee.
