She was predeceased by: her brother Donald McIntosh; and her parents, Douglas McIntosh and Lillian McIntosh. She is survived by: her husband Vincent "Jim" Carollo; her children, Debbie Waller of Amherst, OH, John Carollo of Avon Lake, OH and Chris Carollo of Ft; and her sister-in-law Celestia McIntosh.
