He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald Pufnock and David Pufnock; and his father Richard Andre Pufnock Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Pufnock; his children, Jon Hofener (April) of Cleveland, Erin Russell (Kyle) of Elyria, Hannah Forror (Dan) of Sheffield Village and Michael Pufnock (Alyssa Schaeffer) of North Olmsted; his grandchildren, Ivan, Melody, Torin and Benny; his brothers, Richard Pufnock (Sue) of Lorain, James Pufnock (Debbie) of Port Clinton and Daniel Pufnock (Laine) of Geneva, NY; and his mother Elizabeth Ann Pufnock (Snyder) of Lorain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the family for the care of his granddaughter Melody.
