He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jr. Wheatley and Mary Wheatley; and his brothers, William Wheatley III and Carl Wheatley. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Wheatley; his children, Kristi King (Matthew), Kelly Lowry (Damian) and Jeffrey Wheatley; his nephew Robert Johnson; his niece Kara Johnson; and his brother Fredric Wheatley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
