He was predeceased by: his father John T. Livingston, III. He is survived by: his mother Rosemarie Livingston; and his brothers, John Thomas Livingston, II of Orlando, Ronald Allan Livingston (Shelly) of Lorain and Randy Lee Livingston (Kelly) of Taylorsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
