We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2025, at the age of 89, Jean Doris Thomas of Amherst, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Lewis Thomas, Sr.; her sister Alice Joyce Carr; and her parents, Hobart Carr and Naoma Myrl Carr. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" Louis Thomas, Jr. of Amherst and Terri Watson (Ron) of Amherst; and her grandchildren, Jacqueline Warner (Shawn), Brandon Watson (Kelsey), Ryan Watson (Jennifer), Dr. Jeremy Watson and Nicholas Watson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (115 Central Dr, Amherst, OH 44001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Thus the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Western Reserve, P.O. Box 72101, Cleveland, OH 44192.
