She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Harvey Eschtruth; her parents, George Ellsworth Swan, Sr. and Esther Marie Swan; and her siblings, Kevin Lloyd Swan, Joyce Marie Swan, George Ellsworth Swan, Jr. and Dennis Michael Swan.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Eschtruth of Amherst Township and Carol Dodd (Mark) of Amherst Township; her grandchildren, Jacob Dodd (Elizabeth) of Germany, Jeni Nelson (Jordan) of Shelby and Juliann (Clayton Cochran) of Ada, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Carson and Aubrey Nelson.
