It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wilhelm Sr. of Amherst, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerald D. Wilhelm and Ruth Elizabeth Wilhelm; his brother-in-law Richard Wojtala; and his grandson Greyson Daniel Allen. He is survived by: his wife Kim Wilhelm; his sons, James Wilhelm, Jr. (Chrystal) of Indiana and Josh Allen (Danielle) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Addison, Alexander, Owen, Noah, Abbigail and Naudia; and his sisters, Janis Squires (Bob) of Amherst and Joan Wojtala of Seven Hills.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101, or the Amherst Fire Dept.
