It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R Denger of Amherst, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles (Geraldine Denger) and James; and his siblings, Charles A. and Georgina Bair. He is survived by: his daughter Justina Johnson of Westerville, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Gianna and Isaac of Westerville, Ohio.; his son-in-law Toby Johnson of Westerville; and his siblings, Barbara Baker (Tom) of Grafton, Carolyn Denger of Hampton, Virginia and David Denger of Tampa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reichlin Roberts Bollinger Funeral Home (327 Cleveland St, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at the Ridge Hill Memorial Park (44805 N Ridge Rd, Amherst, OH 44001).
