With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Hamilton Jr. (Amherst, Ohio), born in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hamilton and Ida Hamilton (Maroney); his siblings, Faye, Jimetta, Elva, Robert and Glenn; and his grandsons, P. J. and Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian (Fletcher); his children, James Hamilton (Charla), Patrick Hamilton (Diane), Heather Murphy (Joe) and Virginia Murphy; his grandchildren, Kristal Elliott (Tom), Michael Hamilton, Nicole Camera (Shawn), Amanda Hamilton, Matthew Evans, Madison Murphy, Mason Murphy and Mercedes Murphy; his stepgrandchildren, Kenny Murphy (Hope), Katie Murphy and Mitch Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Layla, Aria and Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
