He was predeceased by: his former wife Dolores; his wife Delia; his son Ignacio "Iggy" Reyes Jr.; his stepson James Bessette; and his siblings, Javier Reyes, Hilolito Gutierrez, Dionisio Gutierrez, Gala Zaragoza, Estelle Gutierrez and Rosa Sanchez.
He is survived by: his children, Guillermo "Bill" Reyes (Lori) of Sandusky, Alfredo Reyes of Amherst, Juan Reyes (Diana) of Swanton and Guadalupe Bessette (Richard Santos) of Lorain; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Cassandra, Alfredo Jr., Alejandro F., Heather and Mark; his great grandchild Dani Marie; and his brother Manuel Vazquez of Mexico.
