He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen (Dorothy Zemanek); and his parents, Steve Simon and Wanda Simon. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Zemanek; his children, Michele Poulos (George) and Scott Zemanek (Andrea); and his grandsons, Zachary and Bradley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
