He is survived by: his children, James Andolsek (Sheila) of Lorain and Joanne Thomas (Frank) of Lorain; his grandchildren, Sara Andolsek, Jared Andolsek, Elyssa Thomas and Stephen Thomas; his siblings, Lou Andolsek of Thibodaux, Louisianna, Edward Andolsek (Dottie) of Wakeman, Rose Fantini (Joe) of LaBelle, Patricia Sobieski (Richard) of Wellington and Dorothy Nevadale of Elyria; and his wife Betty Jean Andolsek.
