He is survived by: his wife Lenore M. Azok of Amherst; his children, Frank Azok (Maria), Jonathan Azok, Suzanne Woods (JR Ptacek) and Lenore Yuhasz (Frank); his daughter-in-law Galina Azok; his grandchildren, Hannah Azok, Corey Azok, Andrew Woods (Jamie), Carley Woods, Cameron Yuhasz (Maria), Chloe Lee (Matthew), Claudia Yuhasz, Alexander Woods, Aaron Woods, Troy Azok and Christopher Azok; and his great grandchild Wyatt Woods.
