She is survived by: her children, Jeffery J. Hudak (Vicki) of Amherst, Karen M. Sisler of Terra Alta, W. Va, Marlene A. Hudak of Amherst, OH and Margaret M. Johnson (Bob Dostall) of Amherst, OH; and her children-in-law, MaryJo Hudak and Bobby Addis, Jr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
