As Earl departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Earl may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Earl leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, David, Timothy and Mark Shimer; and his parents, David Shimer and Beatrice Shimer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary R. Shimer; his daughter Heather Brown (Shane) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kayleigh and Cole; and his sister Melanie Caruso (George) of Birmingham, OH..
