He is survived by: his significant other Carol Discenzo; his children, Todd Eberhardt (Sally) of Amherst and Tracy Izquierdo (Rolando "Roly") of Crystal Lake, IL.; and his grandchildren, Holly, Isabella, Leo, Andie and Eva.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 2173 N Ridge Rd # H, Lorain, OH 44055.
