He was predeceased by: his sister Laura Vance; and his parents, Victor J. Mulica and Anna Mulica. He is survived by: his wife Renee Mulica of Henrietta; his children, Donald A. Mulica, II (Kristin) of Amherst, Melissa Mulica (Darren Jobi) of North Ridgeville and Valerie Murphy (Patrick Graham) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Brendan, Devlin, Evan Murphy, Cameron, Ava and Emerson Mulica; and his brothers, Keith Mulica and Victor Mulica of Lorain.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the donor's choice.
