She was predeceased by: her significant other Jeff Uehlein; and her grandparents, Clyde Lantz, Phyllis Lantz, Joseph Glavan and Amelia "Molly" Glavan.
She is survived by: her daughter Haley Sklarek of Amherst; her parents, Joseph F. of Amherst and Pamela F. Glavan of Amherst; her brother Michael Glavan of Oberlin; and her nieces, Justina Smith (Damion) and Aurora Smith.
