We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 45, David C Hayslip of Amherst, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Jo Hayslip. He is survived by: his father Lamont'Monte'Hayslip; his wife Lark Mitchell Hayslip; and his brothers, Daniel Hayslip of Lorain and Chad Hayslip (Rachel) of Elyria. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Camp Ideas, 3015 Meister Rd, Lorain, Ohio. .
