He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Harriet. He is survived by: his wife Donna Cullen; his daughters, Jennifer Werling (Justin) of Waterville and Wendy Steinbrunner (Andrew) of Amherst; his siblings, Sally Cutnaw (Stephen) of Lorain and Gary Cullen (Samia) of Palo Alto, CA; and his grandchildren, Addison, Avery, Macy and Ryan.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693.
