He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Breed (Cory) of Chagrin Falls and William Hollingsworth of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Alexandra and Benjamin; his siblings, David Hollingsworth of New London and Pamela Heard of Amherst; his close friend Toni George; and his former wife Karen Hollingsworth.
