She is survived by: her daughter Jan O'Malley (Thomas) of Avon Lake; her grandson Kyle O'Malley (Miranda Glover) of Avon; and her siblings, Ronald Ksiazk (Joyce), Albert Ksiazk (Barbara), Camille Kelsey (late Donald), Melaine Sukey (Larry) and Jane Phillips (late Jeffrey).
