She was predeceased by: her sister Yvonne K. Jones; and her parents, Herman Hammond and Letha Hammond. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Stanley (Jim) of South Amherst and Kevin Flint (Rachelle Wilson) of South Amherst; her grandchildren, Codie (Shelly), Madison (Stephen), Kyle, Mason and Grace; her great grandchild Weston; her siblings, Jack Hammond (Joyce), Betty Criswell and Sharlene Wharton (Guy); and also Jeaneen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106.
