She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Cook Sr.; her son Dewey Cook Jr.; her sister Diana Sue Kenny; and her parents, Robert Santrock and Lura Santrock.
She is survived by: her brothers, Charles Santrock of West Virginia and David Burgess of West Virginia; her sons, James Cook (Amy) of Lorain and Joe Cook (Sally) of Amherst; and her grandchildren, Joshua Cook (Caitlin), James Cook, Jesse Cook, Anthony Cook (Kimmi), Hannah Cook, Chris Cook, Jonathan Cook (Kaitlyn) and Jerrod Cook. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren.
