He is survived by: his wife Ramona Berrios; his sons, Samuel Berrios (Suzie) and Francisco Aponte (Iris); his grandchildren, Aimee Gorbach, Samantha Antonio, Mary Diaz, Steven Berrios, Melinda Taylor (Robert) and John Marquez; and his great grandchildren, Jasmin, Aidan, Gaige, Alivia, Ariana, Athalia, Adrian, Aaron, Samuel, Royal and Juan.
