He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Barry Cover and Mary Jo Cover (Eberle) of Port Clinton; his wife Valerie; his children, Jesse Reed Cover of Cleveland, VA and Morgan Abigail Justice (Nathan) of Blue Field, WV; his grandson Charles David Justice; and his brother John Cover (Kim) of Hilliard, OH..
