He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Sr. Hall and Elizabeth Marie Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Hall (Teresa) of Vermilion, Rick Hall (Darlene) of New London, John Hall of Amherst, Linda Krisher (Allan) of Wakeman and Joyce Cooper (Jim) of Amherst; and his friend Helen Sherman of Amherst. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and 18 great nieces and nephews.
