Barbara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Carter and Nettie Carter; and her siblings, Jerry Carter, William Arnette-Carter, Jacob "Bud" Carter and Margaret Carter-Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn M. Jones (Steve) of Lorain and Alex M. Weinbroer (Erica) of Willard; her grandchildren, Autumn Jones, Emma Weinbroer, Kaden Weinbroer and Nicholas Weinbroer; and her siblings, Polly Smith (Tom), Mary Carter, Thelma Canter, Claudette Melendez (Alejandro Mercado), Ronnie Carter (Sally), Richard Carter (Steve Robson) and Paul Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
