He is survived by: his wife Botz; his children, Dr. Andrew Lasko of Chicago, IL., Matthew Lasko of Elyria, OH, Scott Lasko (Kate Whitson) of Olmsted Township and Dr. Nicole Zadzilka (Mark Basso) of Georgetown, TX; his grandchildren, Tatum Lasko, Kellen Lasko and Alivia Lasko; his brother Greg Lasko (Thelma); his nephew Ryan Phillimore (Leslie Richard) of Massillon, OH; and his mother Kathryn Lasko of Massillon, OH..
