In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Hoyt leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Hoyt may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pinkerton and Ester Pinkerton (Davis); and his son-in-law Brandon Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pinkerton (Anhalt); his children, David Pinkerton (Elizabeth Sheppard) of Barlow and Susan Marshall of Athens; his brother Morris Pinkerton (Becky) of Little Hocking; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Christian and Caleb.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home (7465 Marion St, Chesterhill, OH 43728). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
