He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ed Kelly, Richard Kelly, Dave Kelly and Jean Smoot. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelly; his children, Bill Kelly (Debra), David Kelly and Beth Probst (Roger); his grandchildren, Angie Ferrell (Rob), Lesley Holland (Joshua), Krissy Broussard (Jace), Jennifer Brown (Shannon), Linda Kelly, Steve Probst and Richard Probst; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Ferrell, Cameron Ferrell and Owen Ferrell.
