He was predeceased by: his father Harry McCane; his sister Melva Upchurch; and his nephews, Chuck McCane and Donnie Upchurch. He is survived by: his wife Mary McCane; his son Billy McCane Jr. (Melissa); his grandchildren, Macy McCane and Max McCane; and his siblings, Thelma Jean, Sherman and Harry Jr..
