It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Horton of Amelia, Ohio, born in Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martha Sinclair and Clarence Sinclair; her husband Eugene Horton; her children, Doris Baugus (Frank), Gail Sweetland (Dale), Brenda Lewis (Gary) and Robert Horton (Joyce); and her siblings, Mattie Miller, Hollis, Everett and Arvis Sinclair. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
