He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his daughters, Yevona Troxell (Joe), Gayle Rider (Kevin), Tracy Kuhn (Wyane), Jouetta Foy (Jim) and Leah Wickett (John); his grandchildren, Cody, Kyle, Minda, Riley, Jenna, Jack, Reed, Hudson, Lila and Cynthia; and his brother Dale Lykins (Shirley).
