He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clay and Martha Clay; his sisters, Linda Galvez and Martha Webster (Jimmy); and his son-in-law Mark Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Clay; his children, Lonnie Clay (Kathy), Sherry Bachman (Randy) and Connie Chandler; his grandchildren, Britany Freeman (Aaron), Doug Clay (Mandy), Alexander Bachman, Brianne Bachman, Daniel Chandler (Audrey), Joseph Chandler and Stevie Chandler; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Brayden, Aubree, Jenna, Landen, Lucy, Henry and Della; and his siblings, Joann Loggins, Sharon Steenson, Mary Clay, Tom Clay and Peggy Burgess (Harold).
