He was predeceased by: his mother Charlene Nixon. He is survived by: his father Mark Nixon; his siblings, Michele Green (BJ) and Jennifer Anderson (Nathan); his stepmother Margaret Marx; his stepbrothers, Brad Marx (Lora) and Clark Marx (Jenny); his girlfriend Jennifer Morris; his girlfriend's children, Noah, Kamilah and Naomi; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron Anderson and Adam Green. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one of three charities that were dear to Russell's heart: Huntington's Disease Society of America, CancerFree Kids, or the League for Animal Welfare.
