He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Irene Mardis; his spouse Shirley Kay Mardis; and his daughter Pamela Bassett. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Roger Bohl (Beverly), Larry Bohl and Pamela Throckmorton; his friends, Jim, Pam Mac Farland, Vera Quehl and Janie Ross; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by numerous other friends, nieces, nephews, cousins.
